Society for Child Development
Established in 1992 by Dr. Madhumita Puri, the Society for Child Development is a renowned organization based in Delhi, dedicated to serving children with disabilities.
With unwavering commitment, we provide a wide range of comprehensive services, resources, and support to empower these children and promote their overall well-being.
Our three main programs:
Prabhat Resource Center : A place for children with disabilities, especially the mentally challenged children.
Trash to Cash Skill Development : Our skill development program has helped thousands of beneficiaries in learning traditional handicrafts.
Avacayam Livelihood Program : Our livelihood program recycles waste materials and creates beautiful products out of them. Everything you will see is the result of and hard work of our artists with disabilities.
